For anyone that knows me well – I absolutely adore my little fur-companion! I am probably borderline obsessed to be honest, wherever I go, she goes!
Therefore, it would only be right to do “National Bring Your Dog to Work Day” at DMS Navigator right?! Who wouldn’t want an office full of fur-companions waggling their tails all day long! It sounds like heaven to me!
Our fur-companions should be celebrated – the unconditional love our fury or even non-fury companions give us is priceless! How they can make you feel instantly better or at ease when they approach you after a hard day… I always say “they are silent healers”. So, after seeing “National Bring Your Dog to Work Day”, there was no way I was passing on that one!
We regularly have little waggly tails around the office – here are some of our popular faces around the office, of course, one being mine!
Having a dog around the office instantly lifts the mood. Who can’t help but smile when their little lovable faces approach you with their tails wagging at a 100mph! Unless you have a fear of dogs – which fortunately we don’t have anyone! Phewww.
In my case, it massively helped my kennel pup become less scared of people after never really having much human interaction until coming to me at 5-months old from Romania – and my colleagues have been amazing and patient with Nala in helping her increase her confidence! And of course, when she finally started allowing people to stroke her one at a time (very slowly over a 6-month period), it was seen as an achievement and fellow colleagues were over-joyed!!
