Initial rollout of the interfaces has commenced!
This gives all dealers full integration with the following Ford Modules :-
Global UDB 5.1 / Downtime Management (DTM) – Provides Ford with real-time status updates as a repair order progresses from open to close at the dealer. Users will easily be able access PTS to raise a Downtime Alert (DTA) with pre-populated vehicle information
Enables users to request a DSR Report.
Updates Ford systems with customer data
Reports counter parts sales to Ford.
Reports sales of Used Vehicles to Ford.
This will interface the dealership with Ford systems for Incentives, Customer Retention Managements and will also feed the Dealer Dashboard.
