Leanne has been with DMS Navigator for 15 years, working from an Administration Position, through the Helpdesk, first as a Helpdesk Consultant and then as Manager.
Today, she is the Operations Director here at Navigator.
She has a wide responsibility including all of our Customer Service Functions, Online Training Courses, our HR function and helps to drive the company forward month by month to deliver exceptional Customer Service.
Leanne works very much behind the scenes, and many of our customers will not have spoken to her. However, without exception, all of our customers are better off because of the work that she tirelessly does.
