Parts Pricing

The full Ford parts price file will be available, searchable
by Finis code or description.  This is updated weekly and on the first Monday of each month.    This will ensure that all parts are sold at the up to date price.

Parts Shipment (Dealis)

Parts deliveries will be uploaded to Navigator allowing simple goods in acceptance of parts without entering part nos or pricing.

Parts Stock Orders

Parts Stock Orders can be simply uploaded to Ford from the
Navigator stock order system.

Labour Master File

The full Ford labour master file will be available from within Navigator – again updated automatically.

Fixed Content Job File

The Ford FCJ file will be available from within Navigator – updated automatically 

eCat Online

Navigator will support full two-way integration with eCat, allowing vehicle details to be downloaded to eCat by searching Navigator.   Shopping lists containing Labour, Parts or Fixed Content Jobs can be uploaded back to Navigator to create a Parts Pick lists and automatically add Labour Operations to Job Cards. 

Integrated Field Service Actions

Field Service Actions can be automatically checked as job cards are created and processed, and any FSA’s automatically added to the job card.

React!

Navigator will fully support the Ford REACT! Aftersales marketing programs. 

GWE Warranty System

Navigator will support full two-way integration with the Ford GWE Warranty system to allow the simple transfer of warranty claims from Navigator to Ford, and easy re-submission of rejected claims as necessary.

ESBOL – Extended Service Business Online

All vehicles serviced within Navigator are automatically
uploaded to ESBOL so that they can be registered for Roadside Assistance.

Vista Order Status

Vehicles specification and order status is automatically uploaded daily to Navigator – stock records can be automatically created in Navigator without user intervention.

Vehicle Billing / Vehicle Invoice

Vehicle consignment notes and invoices from Ford can be automatically posted to stock records with one-click.

MPS-2 Interface

All bonuses received on vehicles available through Ford’s MPS-2 Marketing Programmes can be allocated to vehicles with a single click.  Difference Bonus types can be individually
accounted for and are stored for reconciliation against the bonus payment when received.

Vehicle Price and Specification Update

Ford Vehicle Price lists can be supplied – using data from
third party data suppliers.

Snap-On Business Management Information

The Navigator accounting system can integrate with the BMI Management Accounts system provided by Snap-on Business Solutions

All Ford dealers using Navigator can gain all the above Ford interfaces (as applicable to their dealership) for a single monthly fee, which remains the same in real-terms forever.

In addition, all future interfaces from Ford will be provided without an increase to this fee – including the interface to the
Digital Service Records and the new OWS Warranty System – as soon as they are available.

This ensures that all Ford dealers using Navigator can be confident that they are franchise compliant both now, and in the future – without worrying about any future costs
